RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Midwest Mayhem gear. Because many of our products are made to order specifically for you, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Please review the product description and sizing information before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at admin@midwestmayhempromotions.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the item and the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may not qualify for a free replacement or refund.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once submitted. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at admin@midwestmayhempromotions.com, and we will determine whether the order can still be modified.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
